We are happy to provide free consultation to see how we can meet your needs.

Getting to know your district is the first step in creating a program for you. Mike and/or a member of our team will meet with you to gather critical information and insight about what is working for you and what areas need development and support. This is a complimentary service included with all contracts.

Consulting Meetings are a natural part of any professional learning program. We include a specified number of complimentary consulting meetings as part of our work together.   Additional consulting meetings are always an option for a small fee.

Our team has a large repertoire of presentations and workshops that address a wide range of topics. Each session can be presented in any of the formats listed above and can be modified to fit any grade level or grade band.

Learning Labs are one of our most popular professional learning options for schools and districts. Our model is a blend of lesson study and embedded coaching to create experiences for teachers that explore effective practices for the teaching and learning of mathematics.

The Lab structure emphasizes taking risks, trying new practices, adapting features of a lesson, and collectively building a student-centered instructional experience to increase student learning. Our team has experience teaching with most published math programs and the Learning Lab structure is a great way to support your teachers in learning how to best use their resources.

The Learning Lab structure is completely adaptable to work around your school schedules. Below outlines the key components of our Learning Lab model to give you a sense of how these work.
